How do we xfer FC mastery from master to member right now...? Doh!

I think I've read about a gazillion posts on housing as it stands, specifically looking for this one answer: How EXACTLY is FC mastery transferred from current FC master to FC member right now! Right... the stunned look on my avatar's face is due to the fact that my FC master is leaving to accept a job offer, a good one. He's going, maybe as early as March, and he wants to transfer the FC to me, the clueless. The problem is that neither one of us can find the rules for this right now; due, it would seem, to the turmoil and the proximity of 6.1???? Everyone says this is how to do it, but the next person says the other thing.. omg.

Also, does anyone know where Square Enix says how to do it, right now? By that I mean the specific issue.. FC already exists, owns an FC house, master is leaving, wants to transfer to other FC member (long standing).. The info I seem to keep encountering has to do with other variations, demolition, movement to other worlds, failed to log in forever and a day, etc. Nothing about simply - "Here are the keys, the shipyard's a mess, and don't glance at the FC chest until after I'm gone; later!"

Have him right click your name and promote you to the master. Same way as all promotions/demotions are handled in the guild. This will smack him as the lowest rank.
