DOL Guildleve Parties come back

First off I understand that due to abuse of the former sharing/linking of DOL guildleve the system has been altered to prevent that abuse. However it has currently nulled any feasible advantage to sharing/linking DOL guildleves (GL). Yes it is still possible to link/share but penalty could potentially benefit one (or more) member(s) over the other(s).

Second I have to admit I was an abuses of the old system and will in the future continue to seek for advantages! Having said that I understand they ( the dev) have to prefect the system through a series of patches to both appease those "in the box" and control those "out-of-the box thinkers".
Issues that need be considered
-fishing expeditions with 2 spots being exploited for the alloted GL time
-Power Leveling fishing by having multiple friends link the quest but only one person fishes.

And others that I didn't mention.

So I am asking: Do you want DOL GL parites to make a comeback? Yes or No with reason(s) please.:confused:
