Because the live letter left it a bit open. I have some questions.
1. Who in an FC can purchase tickets. Is it one ticket per account? Can you purchase a ticket for every alt you have in the FC?
2. Can new members purchase lotto tickets?
3. Can sprouts (brand new characters/players) purchase tickets?
4. Can FCs who are 1 to 2 days old and hastily leveled to rank 6 able to purchase land?
5. Can you purchase tickets for the FC even if you can't purchase personal housing? (Because you haven't leveled up your GC rank and/or aren't lvl 50 yet).
My thoughts on this are:
1. Should be one ticket per service account, not one ticket per character on that account.
2. Anyone in the FC under 60 to 90 days should be disqualified from purchasing tickets.
3. Sprouts can purchase tickets, but must meet the qualifications of #2 and #5.
4. No. Freshly created and leveled FCs should have to wait at least 30 days before qualifying to put in tickets to the lotto.
5. No. If you can't buy personal housing, you shouldn't be able to buy lotto tickets for your FC.
Also are you guys keeping track of which accounts (not characters but actual service accounts) are frequent flyers in purchasing FC houses or assisting in the purchase of FC houses?
Just thinking of loopholes ahead of time. Cause until there's enough housing for everyone, there will be people still trying to capitalize on this for profit.
Heeeeeeeeeey some other thoughts.
What happens if you purchase a ticket for an FC house but you then leave the FC or are removed from it by leadership?
If someone buys an FC house lotto ticket for your FC, can you demote them or remove their ability to buy housing at that point or does it have to stay as their permissions until the lotto ends?
Is it the lotto winner who has to put the house down? Or can any FC member with housing permissions do it once the lotto is over?
What if someone who bought a ticket deletes (or tries to delete) their character?
If the FC wins, does everyone who put in a ticket get refunded if it wasn't their ticket that won? Or are all additional tickets non-refundable?

They've pretty much ensured that the RMT FCs have the advantage by allowing multiple members to enter lotteries. It's all about how many full price tickets you can afford now with the lottery system. Not the most well thought out plan at all.

On your additional thoughts:
Someone leaves the FC after purchasing a FC lottery entry? They won't be able to purchase land if the entry is the winner because they'll no longer have land acquisition permission (the plot still has to be purchased even after an entry wins - ownership isn't automatically granted).
There's no reason not to allow FCs to demote players with lottery entries for the FC. They can always be promoted back if needed.
The entry holder is still the one who has to make the purchase because the entry is tied to their character, not the FC. The purchase can only be made for the FC because the ward will have the FC purchase designation (no "oops, I bought the house for myself by accident" unless they purchase the ticket in an individual ward in the first place).
I have no idea what would happen if someone tried to delete a character with an entry - might error?
All non-winning entries are 100% refundable. It doesn't matter if the FC wins a plot.
It will forever be a problem with the ward system - RMT has the resources to get around any restrictions by creating multiple service accounts to gain advantage. Too many restrictions end up causing more problems for legitimate players and FCs than obstacles for RMT.Quote:
