Lottery Timer Seems Too Long

Probably personal opinion, but I was expecting the Lotto to draw within 24 hours of start. Not take multiple days.

Feels like a pretty risky gamble to have to lock yourself into one plot for days at a time, when many plots open over the course of a week, even on large servers like Balmung.

Just leaving my feedback and curious to see if anyone else feels this way, and like it might make a min-max meta of 'do you really want to try to buy the first house that goes up for sale that you like, or try to hold off because you're more likely to get a less desirable plot that might open later down the line'.

Especially during times of large release waves like after a demo halt or new ward/districts dropping.
