Please rethink your rules and process on character restoration.

I do understand that alts are not as common as some other games, but the stance of "one time character restoration" per account has now lost me 2 characters who were currently done with MSQ with multiple lvl 80 jobs. The first restoration was used for my own deletion of characters, but the 2nd was from someone messing with my account while I was away from the computer, so no issue of my own. The once per account seems like a pretty close minded stance on it, and leaves no room for a wide range of issues. Other MMOs have much more open stances on it and with much easier process for it. Its a dated stance, and leaves a very bad taste for anyone who loves the game enough to want alt characters.
