Lagging on NA servers (Playing from OCE)

As the title reads. I am lagging on NA servers. OCE and JP ones seem to be just fine. The problem just started about an hour or two ago. Is anyone else from the same region having this issue?
I had this issue before in the past, but it seemed to have resolved it self back then after about a week. I really don't want to go through another week of lag :(

I've been having Lagging issues as well. I've been trouble shooting everything on my end. Everything checks out and other online games work fine for me. After that last sever maintenance they did is when I started having issues.
