Black Mage stat priority

I'm just wondering what are the recommended stats to aim for?

Currently I have just melded Crit and Det as much as possible with basically no regard to Spell speed. My BLM is only iLvL 574 and sitting around:

Crit 1517
Det 1813
DH 1125
Spell Speed 778

Feels a bit slow, but does well in Ex trials. Should I be aiming for a specific Spell speed for optimisation?

Thank you for advice. I tank primarily, but when I do DPS it's BLM so looking to improve where possible.

So it's too early to tell stat priority in this expansion but generally BLM can go two ways:

A speed priority:
Spell speed>determination>=direct hit>critical hit

Or

The critical hit way:
Critical hit>direct hit>determination> spell speed

The speed priority tends to be more favorable in ex trials and raids because of the breathing room it can create for mechanics but the critical hit build is great for wall to wall pulls in dungeons

CRIT is always a great stat though

This is also not getting into stat tiers and plateaus

Spell speed BLM makes my iron the BIG iron. I miss my stupid 3600 spell speed build.
