an option to click through interface/hotbar to rotate camera (Disable Hotbar Hitbox)

I mostly click on my screen only to select a target or rotate my camera and sometimes I accidentally click on my Hotbar skills which prevents me to rotate my camera (right click) or it made me use a skill by accident (left click).

It wasn't really a problem at first until I start to accidentally click on Benediction multiple times on Pandaemonium 3rd circle raid when I tried to select a target.

TL;DR: Would be awesome if the dev add an option to disable clicking Hotbar or "right-clicking" can go through the interface :D

I know this was requested years ago but recently the dev has been doing some Quality of life stuff so I figured if this buried suggestion would also get noticed. :p (old link https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/168174)

but In the meantime, I will just try to move and carefully move my camera
