Trying to transfer to Sophia, not coming up in drop down menu

Trying to transfer to Sophia (Oceania) from Aether. Friends have been able to do it just fine, but even though it is a new world completely open to characters Sophia does not show up on my drop down menu on the world transfer screen. Have contacted customer support just to get automated emails back each time. My character is eligible to move and I've checked back multiple times with no changes on Mogstation in several days. All other Oceanic worlds are showing up, except the one I want to move to.

fixed, make it easier to delete these threads

Please describe it how you fixed it. Because when other players have the same problem then they will find a solution easier. :)
