Who actually designed this Duty for the "One Life for One World" quest. It is actually the worst experience i have ever had playing a video game in my life. It was so tilting to randomly try to press on the screen praying you would interact with something that you cant see and dont know where its at, while also getting interrupted forever, that after finally finishing i skipped every part of the story after and feel like i should just stop playing.
What a disaster of a Duty. Trash.

Well, since you went through the trouble of making an account, you might as well go through the trouble of being a bit more constructive about it?
If you tell the devs what you didn't like about it, and what you liked in other quests, they may be better able to design appealing quests in the future. -

The Tactic of "Do not recklessly attack anyone during this phase, as it draws unneeded enmity. Defeat the Warriors only when they are specifically focused on you or Alisaie; your allies will eventually defeat the others." Is by all means not fun, i thought this game was all about ABC? hardly fits into that.
So now, you manage to not get any aggro by praying that the horrific AI handles that, and then you pray no one aggros on you when its your turn to start spam clicking the invisible object, if they do, you kill them, then start spamming the invisible object while praying they dont get rezzed and then aggro on you interrupting you, while you have hopefully started to interact with the invisible object. Then on the third and final click, they start somehow burning alisae to the ground while you continue to go back to praying, but this time with a time limit on how long you have to click the invisible object. -

Once Urianger joins the fray, you must place all your focus on giving Aether to Alisaie. To do this, interact with and charge the Blade of Light whenever it appears in front of her. And "always be casting" applies when you are trying to fight things but not necessarily these scripted battles. They are potentially more tactical. In any case, from memory, the Warrior tends to be on you quite aggressively so you usually have to defeat him before you can interact with the blade to charge it. -

It's not all about ABC, there are battles where you shouldn't be casting at certain times during it. Maybe strategic ABC would be a more appropriate moniker.
If this one quest is enough to make you consider quitting and you are just clicking through the game dialogue while typing this, then I wonder how much attention you paid the first time through to understand what the concept of the quest was.
I also had a difficult time completing that particular quest, as I'm sure others had too, but I was too invested in the story to just start clicking through the dialogue, let alone consider quitting playing the game. I enjoy the story too much.
How invested are you in the story at this point in the game? -
