Wooden Deck does not work when placed on the side of Small Cafe Exterior Walls

When using the Small Cafe Exterior Walls and the placing a wooden deck on the side, you cannot sit properly on the chairs like you normally could. It seems to work if you place it in the front. Here is a link to a screen recording I took showing this problem: https://screenrec.com/share/s3YPKcQSgM
