Suggestion : Allow Buff bars to increase up instead of down

Hi,

I'd like to suggest the ability to choose how Buff icons lines will stack :
Currently if there are too many buff to be held in a single line, the second line will be below the first one.

I'd like the possibility of having the second line be above the first line, to allow players to customize their HuD better.

I doubt it would be that much of an issue to make it function that way, but there's no particular reason why they should have thought of it. You could just get used to it.

For programming related issues sometimes it certainly could be (when things are so interrelated and complex, just sometimes stuff is wild / hard- that's how you get things like a fisher crashing the whole server lol), but also because of certain third party addons I've seen on reddit in this situation I think it's actually not.
