Line attacks going NULL

1. Attack a moving target with a line attack (chainsaw for mch, resolution for rdm)
Sometimes when doing TARGETED line attacks at targets that are moving, even though you're targeting that monster, the attack will completely avoid the target. You'll see in the gif that I used chainsaw while targeting the sunbird, and it did nothing at all. No damage, no text indicating it hit, nothing but an auto attack. I also didn't get the 20 battery gauge for the attack, so it's just getting nulled. So far I've only been able to recreate the issue within these raids on Sunbirds, but it's likely a moving target issue in general. The same issue happens with red mage and the resolution ability. Probably others as well.
