Hi team,
For some reason upon logging into my account today I've noticed my gil is at 0. I originally assumed I had been hacked, however upon attempting to withdrawal from the bank, my personal on-character currency still doesnt move from 0.
This seems to be a bug, and I'm unable to use gil in any way shape or form,
Could you please look into this?
I also have been experiencing the same problem, where I logged back in about an hour ago and found that my gil cannot go above 0.
It doesn't seem to just be that the value is "displaying" as 0 with my actual gil value being unchanged, since I'm unable to perform actions that use gil such as teleporting, repairing, etc.
This also seems to affect other in-game currencies, as my tomestones and grand company seals were also set to 0, though my ventures were unaffected.
I checked my character on another server and they seem to be unaffected, so this may be a problem specific to Materia/Bismarck?
Seems to be that way, and yeah all currencies for me too. At least I'm not alone HAHA. Hope to get it fixed soon, as no fast travel sucks

Unfortunately the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum. However, we advise contacting a Game Master in game using the /supportdesk command as they should be able to assist further. This thread will be moved over to 'Separate Support Required'.
