More Council Fights?

Lali-Ho! This is my first post so I apologize if this is the wrong spot to post this! I appreciate you taking time to read my post.

A friend and I were discussing somethings we would like to see in FFXIV and his suggestion was for more Council-like fights for raids as the only ones I seem to recall is Leviathan, Gilgamesh, and Ultros/Typhoon. I think WoW is a good case study to look at as they have a multitude of these sort of fights.

These are usually very fun fights from my experience with characters who play with DoTs particularly benefiting from the multi-target nature of the fight. Are there a lot of council encounters in FF that I am missing, not including adds but a full on two bosses or more fight.

Would you like to see more of these? Maybe not? I'd like to hear opinions if you'd give them!

I was thinking recently it might be cool to have another fight in the vein of King Mog with a bunch of enemies running around doing stuff
