There has been other threads about this and none responded to by a dev.... So i would like to point out what a terrible time to have a welcome back campaign when the games UI has broken since the last patch. trying to convince people to start playing again and to pay for the game is not going to go over well, when people cant experience the game the way it should be. unless if clicking a action and having a 2sec delay on your action bar is normal now ?
I don't have a 2s delay on my abilities. I can manually cancel Cures, for example. Maybe your settings are too high?
no, it all started after last update, and my pc is well above the min.... but i don't run at max setting anyways . on a side note, about 20 ppl i know in game has this weird delay during AV and CC, i haven't really went soloing anyware else to test it, might just be raid related, but i doubt it. with game time from original beta start, never experienced this kind of delay.

Tried to teleport to Crimson bark from Coerthas yesterday. It took my anima and I couldnt move but could still type in chat log and open my menu, then after about 2 minutes it kicked me to player select screen. When I logged back in I was still in Coerthas with 3 less anima so I called a GM cause you know I was technically stuck and couldnt move after I tried to teleport and that is one of the descriptions it gives when calling a GM. My reply was the standard "This falls outside of the GM's scope please use the online feature to submit a report". I know you can get 30 anima from rank 2 hamlet and that cool and all but what if I was a player looking to come back to the game? On another note later last night I was messing around outside Ul'Dah killing coblyns and noticed a faint music playing over my normal music. I turned my volume up and wow had battle music playing along side my normal not doing anything music so I returned to my inn and still had my battle music playing. Seems this last patch broke more then did good.
Hot fix on 5/15/12 fixd UI delay.
Thank god for this as my rig has no issues playing the game at all and I saw all this too. Yeah it's a very good thing they fixed this.. if they did.. haven't checked it out yet. Last thing you want is a broken game in this manner at this time.
