Uldah Main Story has voice acting!!

Why is it that Uldah story has voice acting when i'm sure limsa never had it.

they all do, do you skip cutscenes or play with volume off?

As Ptolemy already said, all main scenarios have voice acting. I had an issue where my computer's sound settings didn't let me hear any of the voice acting though, might be the same for you. Try rewatching the cutscenes in your inn room after changing your settings, that might help. :)

All main scenarios have VA, all the way to the last quest. It's just very rare.

Ya i just finished all of LL, and there is definitely some voice acting in there. But It definitely is kinda spotty. There is not a whole lot of it, unfortunately.
