The enragement could be mitigated if new head pieces all worked with the new races...and if there were more hair options. They kind of shoot themselves in the foot with not making new event items work with either race. Especially this many years in. Reallocating some funding to the gear design department to allow at least another person or two to be hired to get working on getting older gear adapted to Viera and Hrothgar would be a good start...if a bit late.
