Chocobo Training

Hi All. I want to help around my FC and train the chocobos that are stabled there. My question is, if I train their chocobos with the selected fruits/vegetables 10x will it become their favorite feed, or does that only work if the owner feeds them?

Just regular krakka root ( and thav onion at level 10 and up when they need to raise a level after being taken out to gain exp)

The other stuff ( for changing plumage colors is owner only, especially since you won't know what the owner wants as a color or what they've fed them before)

That's for regular cocos, not racing chocos ( who get the favorite food )

There are regular chocobo training foods that do indeed qualify for favorites. Not every training food is for dying. Some, the ones that can be favorites, will apply mild stat tweaks.

Yeah, it's for the companion chocobos stabled at our FC. I have the foods that are meant for favorite foods. It's that I just want know if I have influence over that because I keep seeing yes's and no's on the internet, more dominant on I don't have control over other people's chocobo favorite food.
