Steps:
After seeing I need to complete the quest "In for Garuda Awakening" to continue the main story questline, I went to do so.
Upon arriving, I see the quest isn't available to me, despite the fact that I've completed A Bowl of Embers (hard mode). It just tells me I must complete it, even though I already have.
