Rollback?

I accidently bought a Tales of Adventure thinking it was the upgrade, I already submitted a support ticket and have to wait till morn, at least, for a response. So I am asking here will they be able to roll back my account to before I used the Tale? I see that New Game+ does not give EXP and I would rather not grind to the needed level of the Tale.

Leveling is easy. You can just run the dungeon closest to your level or do your daily roulettes. It's not worth getting a level skip but you can buy these separately if you want. What holds you back is how long the story takes and that is what Tales of Adventure skips.
