Looking for raiding FC/Returning player

Hello all, I am a returning player that's looking for a raid focused FC to call home and a place to make some new friends. I am currently working my way through End walker's story while relearning how to play my monk and the new reaper class. I plan to level a tank job, but I haven't really settled on the one I might want to try in raid content/endgame.

While I want to do the raids/endgame content, I am in no hurry to push into at this moment. I tried rush to raid ready status in HW and got burned badly and I not to keen on making that mistake again. The creators of FF14 have made a lot of changes after I stepped away towards the end of HW and early Storm blood, and I now have a lot to learn and relearn.

When I am ready to start raiding again, my time will usually be from 6pm MST till 9:30 MST, it takes about 30ish minute to get from my work to home all depending on weather and traffic. I am free most of the weekend, unless something comes up in RL and if so, ill contact the FC leader/raid lead that I can't make it.

I would jump into PF and look for a cross world linkshell static. The large majority of FC's don't focus on raiding at all.

Does that mean that the ult such as Ucob and the others are no longer ran? Or are there Link shells for that as well? I was looking into them, so that down the road i might be able to farm the weapons at some point.
