Game is Broken! (well, in this one unique way)

Earlier today I went to assign jobs to my two brand new retainers. Er.. that was the plan. However, I could not assign them jobs even though I was qualified in every way.. or thought I was. It turns out that my Main was missing the "An Ill-conceived Venture" quest - a handy quest that unlocks retainer Jobs and Ventures (the task, not the currency). The problem was not that the quest was incomplete... it was that I could not find it...

Whoa! WHAT?

Yup.. 3 hours of digging into every conceivable potential solution yielded only one thing.. something was broken; my toon, or the game. It turns out that the GAME is/was broken. A final, late stage search produced a thread from Reddit.. which indicated that sometimes this specific issue can be fixed by relogging right next to where the Troubled Adventurer is supposed to be. Not believing this for a second, I relogged anyway and, no kidding, now the Troubled Adventurer is there. And, with him, the "An Ill-conceived Venture" quest. Voila.

So yeah.. if you can't find "An Ill-conceived Venture"... fear not.. sometimes you can get it "back" by relogging near the npc's spawn point. This is... strange... but, enjoy!
