Anyone know how often this list is changed/updated? Was really hoping to join some old friends from eq2 on a newer server then my toon, but it does not appear to an option atm and I am dismayed a tad.

if a server is listed as congested in red it's locked for the patch iirc
if a server is standard but doesn't show up in the transfer page it's temp locked and should open once it leaves its respective peak hours
