Poor communication re: server transfers

My experience with transferring servers has been really bad, especially compared to how easy it is with other MMORPGs.

I went through all the steps with my main character and at the very end, it gave me a semi-blank screen and appeared to have been successful - However it turns out it wasn't successful, as when I transferred one of my alts, I got a different screen that confirmed the transfer had been successful.

Now I've found out I can't transfer my main character anymore and need to wait. None of this was clearly communicated. I had no idea my initial attempt was unsuccessful and I had no idea we could only transfer one character.

The layout and information presentation the Mogstation is probably the worst of any MMORPG I've played. It's a very painful experience, and to make it worse, support is unwilling to help.

Can you guys please improve this? I'm really disappointed and bummed out. It's like, not only do we have to research how to use the MogStation, we're actually punished for its poor design and lack of information.
