Hi,
I'm transferring my main to OCE, i have just realized that you have to wait 24hrs to make a FC.
Can i make a FC on my new char on OCE and then give the FC to my main?
Also if i make it on my alt, can i invite my main and bypass the 24hr limit?
Also is the 24hrs just for creating a FC, or can nobody join unless they have been out of there last FC for 24hrs?

You will need at least four(?) other people to create an FC. You can transfer ownership to anyone after creating it, however. I don't think there's a way to truly bypass the timer.
Correct there is no way to bypass this timer, and as stated above you need a minimum of 4 people to make one. You don't need to keep 4 people, but its the start.

So it looks like i can make a FC on my alt, get 4 others to sign it, and then will have to wait 24hrs to then give it to my main if I'm understanding correctly.
Can i invite my main before the 24hrs is up (is it 24hrs for ownership or to also join)?
As id prefer to recruit on my main and give it permission while waiting to transfer ownership.
Also can friends alts sign the FC charter?
