Please fix the duration on Nascent Glint

Nascent Flash has had this issue since it was introduced in Shadowbringers and I'm fairly sure it's not intended.

Basically, despite Nascent Flash (the buff applied to the warrior themselves) and Nascent Glint (the buff applied to their party member) having the same duration, Glint doesn't last as long as Flash.

With ideal timing, Bloodwhetting and Nascent Flash last long enough to land 4 weaponskills, you can do this very consistently at just about every skillspeed threshold. But because Nascent Glint isn't actually 8 seconds, the party member only recieves 3 weaponskill worth of heals rather than 4, missing out on the last 400 potency.

I've tested this again and again and again and again, the ONLY time I've managed to land all 4 hits for the heal is if I do 4 Heavy Swings in a row. I believe this is because Heavy Swing's animation and damage application is the quickest of all WAR weaponskills so it manages to catch the very last bit of Glint's duration.

Obviously using Heavy Swing 4 times in a row is completely out of the question, and since it IS possible to land 4 heals and the duration of Flash and Glint match I'm fairly sure it's intended by the devs for both players to receive the same number of heals, otherwise glint would be shorter (6 seconds instead of 8 would make it so that the WAR gets 4 instances of healing and the other player 3).

There was a similar issue with the skill's pvp counterpart that I submitted as a bug, which was then accepted. Back when it was a 10 second duration the same thing happened, they eventually "fixed" it by lowering the duration down to 6 when they sort of reworked how the skill worked.

It's been driving me nuts for ages now.

100% agree; this issue, while not a huge deal, is annoying and likely not intended.
