Quick change to reduce AST Card bloat

Just make Draw/Crown Draw part of the gauge.
Have a bar that charges up every 30s which gives a card, and every 60s also draws a Minor arcanum. The additional charges of Draw represented on the gauge as well.
Playing a major/minor arcanum automatically draws another one, if available, into your hand.

This cuts down on the weave space needed to draw (especially important for AST, whose opener and 120s burst is very weave intensive), and the 2 required buttons for drawing.
It also means that we can enter instances with 1 card already held and 2 prepared, which removes the 30s prepull wait.

Simply consolidating buttons would be great already. Just like in pvp. I'm guessing they're reluctant due to people mashing too much thus wasting a card.

Eliminate redraw, eliminate undraw, eliminate range differences and seals/sigils on card buffs since they all do the same thing anyways. Merge normal/minor draw and play into a single buttons. Have sleeve draw automatically draw and play a card on the entire party.

Draw and minor Draw are already part of the gauge in that they show you your results, there is no need for them to be auto timers because then that would put strain on people to actually use them ASAP... which was the entire reason why the timers were removed from them to begin with.
