Can someone link the IP address of OCE datacenter when it goes live?

neolobby09.ffxiv.com (153.254.80.103) is the Materia lobby server.

According to https://arrstatus.com/

Materia DC should be 153.254.80.103

Are the Ping shown in this website accurate? It shows higher ping than when I manually ping the IP address on command prompt

I don't know how ping in that website works but I tested it on my PC, I've been playing on ps4 tho.

It's no more than the ping from the ARRstaus server (which is somewhere in NA) to the various servers. It has zero indication to your own ping.
