Negative feedbacks about the jp support team

Hi guys this is my first time to make a post here so pardon me if I post it in the wrong section and if my thread is not good looking.thanks
It's about JP support team's very irresponsible(even absurd) work ethic and fob me off for 7 days which gives me a very negative user experience and unease.
I asked english speaking GM and he said it's ok to report this matter in english in the feedback section.
If I need to translate this into jp and post it in jp feedback section plz tell me.

It all happened back on the data 01/16/2022, and it takes days to form a whole report on this matters.
And to prove my description is not baseless I will provide any information I can (except detail as names)here for GM and their superiors to confirm.
(*I never thought it's needed, but in case of misconception. Additional explaination of this thread is on#7th floor of this feedback as a result of reply by chance*)

On 01/16/2022 I entered a P4S party in the party finder. As usual, I greeted people(only 2 players in that party all using J version of the game)with よろしくお願いします!(let's do it)
,but they didn't say anything, next memont I was kicked almost immediately!Without any reason and response. Of course no apologies too, so it's can't be he just mis-press the button.
This is absurd, for I met all the condition in his party info. and I had never played with them before.
I feel very unpleasant of his aggressive behaviour,so I wrote a report of this matter in japanese(report no.19179706) and give them the chalog.

But, I got a reply says ゲームのシステム上、パーティ募集にて権限を持つ方が
参加メンバーを除名したという行為だけでは違反かどうかを判断することは難しい状況です。
not enough evidence and hard to confirm this is a harassment.
Only because system give him the ability to kick people!(so he can do whatever he is able to do? and whatever he is able he is right？If it wasn't 2022, I would have thought I was back in the imperial era)

I wrote many report of been kicked and been put false accusations from bad japanese players, but this was the first time I received reply like these. IF one is kicked without any reason not a harassment then what is？or does he think kicked others after say sorry is worse than kick players directly without saying anything and reason?
And it's not about whether he is able to do, it's about whether his doing is properly.What kind of sophistry is this?
(And there is a reason all players in japan server dare not to say strong words and only disband the whole party intead of kick one out ,beacuse this is considered harassment. Then why mine is not?)
So I continue to ask him about
1-what's the difference is this matter that makes you hard to comfirm
2-why this time player can do whatever he is able to do and gose unchecked
3-if my report isn't evidence enough then what is missing, next time if I encounter the same situation what can I do to gather enough evidence you need to confirm
in oder to gain a better understanding of game rule and GMs' working Standard
and of course to know exactly what's wrong this time because what he reply me doesn't make any sense.

But he never answered or explained to me.

Then I write a report in english(no.19187221) and it was soon accepted and I was told it's evidence enough to begin investigate(as normal circumstances)
I was confused. Same matter different answer,so I made a GM call and talk to him of this matter to confirm if the reply from JP support team is logical.
And GM told me no. GM has many ways to investigate and find evidence they want if they want to work. being kicked like this is a harassment enough to draw GMs' attention and they ever handle this kind of disruptive behaviour very seriously.
And he will hanlde this case.


Knowing my case is in good hand. So I wrote a 2nd report in japanese to continue ask this matter(01/17/22 no.19193782).In order to gain a better understanding of what's wrong and their logic standard. 2nd report also included the Initial19179706's no. and information.
BUT they just ignore me until I mentioned this matter on another report.

And they finally reply me on 01/19/22, that they cannot confirm details such as if there was a malicious intent from the player who kicked me by what i provided them.so they cannot intervent.And to prevent abuse they couldn't answer any of my queries either.

THIS is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard.
So I have to solve the case and find the criminal's motivation before I can report it??
I am just a user not GM, I suffered from one's inappropriate behaviour. I can only provide leads and the suspect.
How can you find out the exact information you claimed you need if you don't do your investigation in the first place?! I have neither their power nor their tools, how can I give them the answer instead?
And whatever reason he has, what's done is done, it's a offensive action and hurt people,right?
As a result I was just attacked for no reason and no one cared？
And how my questions of seeking advice about what to do next time if I encountered the same situation could cause a abuse??
Kicking people without reason and words and anyone do it don't need to fear punishment that will cause abuse instead!

And I rewrite the initial report and my questions in this next reply as well(on 01/19)

None of what they reply is logical, and make any sense.
And it was 4 days later from 01/16 now(01/20)

I continued to ask JP GM in my report 19193782
and explain the Definition of Harassment
and the dangers of ignoring it（in this case kicking people without reason and words without fearing punishment ）
And why do I have to explain this in the first place? who is the Professional？


He replied me on 01/22 said
thanks for providing the detail of this matter but they have a 7 days deadline to investigate matters(※調査が可能な期限は1週間以内となります). and the date I gave him in the lastest reply is wrong(01/06)
it's already outdated so they can't help

There are several issues about what he said and the whole story
1- What I gave him in the latest reply is exactly the same information I wrote in the Initial Report 19179706 6 days ago. Why they keep saying it's hard to confirm but now thank you for the detail?what's the difference？

2- I did provide the wrong date(as 01/06/22 instead of 01/16/22) in the reply on 01/19 but the date on my other and Initial Report is correct and all this time date is not what they claimed to be the problem right?always something like: You have to solve the case and find the criminal's motivation then and only then we GM can intervent nonsense.

3- Even if I did give a wrong date in the reply on 01/19, he replied me on 01/20 but never metioned it.Why?Why just say it on the deadline? And do remember 1&2 my case is alway base on Report 19179706 and the date is correct,and the excuse they claim is never about the date.

4- Still until now(right now the moment I'm writing this thread) they still fail to answer my question nor give a reasonable explaination on all this Unreasonable words and actions and the deadline for they to intervent is about to expire

Keep fob me off with any excuse they can make up, of course they cannot explain why and answer my reasonable questions.
Just continue to stonewall me and keep putting it off till the deadline
and never think from the user's point of view.

Can I consider this as a 7days' harrassment of Jp support team? or somthing like that
I can speak both japanese and english but I like to use E version of the game. which gives out I am not japanese people.I do encountered inconvenient situations due to that. Once I reported a Japanese People Only recruitment info. on party finder in japanese of couse, then jp gm reply me :I wish you to explain why Japanese People only offense you intead of just write down what you saw.
What's the meaning of this? I hadn't written how unpleasant this xenophobia info. is?And I have to explain why Racial Discrimination is wrong to him?(this case is hanlde by the eng GM i mentioned before as well but I can't find the no. of this report in my game)
The examples list goes on and on
Then can I consider this fob me off and stonewall behaviour I get from them as another disadvantages for not being JP people?

Nevertheless, these days they gave me a very unpleasant experience
and more importantly
How can one defend the interests of players with such an irresponsible attitude
this is what really concerns me

to let SE better manage and discipline the behaviour and work ethic of managers

SUGGESTIONS
And I do have some insight about Logical errors they have and alas some suggestions
1- they think just the possibility to confirm somthing, to excluding other possibilities.yes this is a logical sound thinking
problem is, they forget logical alone isn't enough to confirm things, they forget the Regularity of human and things(take the matter in these feedback for example. it's very rare one mis-kick a person he dosen't know. because they can only mispress the button when he wants to give this person leader due to the kick button is just next to Promote to Leader. Will anyone promote a player he dosen't know right after he entered the party? let alone he is recriuting in party finder and no apologies after kick)
2- They think in terms of the interests of the perpetrators instead of the victim and never see the consequences of permissiveness.
whatever the reason is what's done is done one must take responsibility for their own actions(at least tell him carefully next time and give an ongoing observation of his future behaviour)
they just think of what if not, but never think of what if (A unilateralist skepticism,they only doubt others could be wrong but never think the possibilities that themselves are wrong and others are right. This is exactly the probelm.So they never see the bigger picture.)
If kick player without reason and without words is hard to intervent then how to prevent abuse under this pretext
3-Players have to solve the case and find the motivation behind this before they report it.This is a complete reversal of functions. who is the GM then?
It's not in the school doesn't always have a straight answer. track sth following clues that's the point

4-May I also suggest to improve the remove players system. to add a reason selection as it dose in the dungeons. to prevent further abuse and rare mispress when someone really want to give another one leader

When asked, then what can I do to get more info. for you and protect myself from this kind of players if you always says "cannot confirm a harrassment and cannot intervent"?

As a measure of self-preservation, we would like to suggest you to consider blacklisting players like the one reported if you encounter them.

So this is their Professional Opinion? Just admit your bad luck and don't play with him any more.
It also means that the silent aggressors can do whatever they want without fear punishment, even don't need to hold accountable for their actions!

So in the end, they just don't do a thing if you were kicked directly without reason and words.
Not even give you advice nor they will improve their logic in case handling mechanism.

Conversely, one can kick anyone he wants, just do this quietly enough it's ok, for Jp support team won't do a thing.
In terms of outcomes, this action is encouraged then.
If an act can be beneficial and without consequences, what else could it be if not encouraged?

Actions speak louder than words, right? Also, if other people are involved, it's not a private affair. or do they think otherwise

GM's have more important things to worry about than 1 person being salty over getting removed from a party finder group....Just join a different PF and move on with your day. It's their PF they can control it however they want.

So, clearly, they don't have the same irresponsible attitudes that you shared with us
Also it's the small thing that matters, think of it, if left unchecked what will become of the game environment. Surely, there can't be just 1 victim in an ecosystem(with even one toxin). Not all players are insensitive after all.
(be advised gaming experience is very diverse, toxin isn't limited to bugs)
(In addition, bad deeds, no matter how big or small, are still a disservice to others. Even if it is the small one then we must grin and bear it? Not all people are willing to do this nor should they
Conversely, why do aggressors never stop doing toxic things just because it's a small one instead and in the first place? It's me or it's quite a Unilateralism)

And I don't think I am the only 1 person who met such situation (both)
because I've met many eng speaking players(even japanese players) in mana who told me their storys and discontent :) perhaps I am the 1 person made a feedback post here


All these are the Awareness of Rights & Rights of all users. Also a shared Hope & Responsibility to improve the quality of the gaming experience.
Proof by contradiction: If they are really too busy to handle a harassment or it's not part of their job then just remove the Report a Harassment option and never get involved in such*small things*, just let players deal with these themselves wwww (Please note that it's the same rule & involvement that causing players to be unable to handle it themselves-so we have to depend on support team, as you can see it's within the scope of work)<---even so I am very grateful to them for taking care of my matter responsibly in their busy schedule

With respect you can give up yours, but it dosen't mean others must give up theirs as well, it's quite 2 different things
Reporting a bad stuff dosen't mean one living in the past, it's for a better futher and benefits of innocence. No contradiction.(and I cleared p4s soon after joining another PF and made new friends,that's another story)
and I intent to leave this FB at that unless there is something else about the case I have to add
(And just in case. It's 2022 now, anyone who might be insensitive or have a problem understanding why the behavior reported is wrong and intent to do it himself, it's his problem not mine and of course not the topics of this thread)
