DirectX Error (11000002)
Hello,
Since I have bought this game I'm suffering from the DirectX Error (11000002) that kicks me out to the desktop. I have tried to find the solution everywhere, a lot of players suffering from the same problem but looks like devs do nothing to sort this problem out. I have reinstalled the game, reinstalled DirectX, installed software that lower down the clock of the CPU, everything that other people tried to do but nothing helps. Maybe you can help me with this that's why I'm writing to you.

Devs won't have a fix for this systematic issue, it'll depend on root causing and diagnosis within your particular system until the issue is found and resolved.

We would like to further assist with this issue. Please provide a system report from the game by going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' Copy and paste the details of the selection to this post when replying back.
