Crafter's Delienation used during trial synthesis

During trial synthesis, a Crafter's Delineation is still consumed when using the specialist actions "Careful Observation" and "Heart and Soul" while other crafting materials are not consumed. This should not be the case, since the purpose of trial synthesis is supposed to be for experimenting with crafting an item while not using any materials. While Crafter's Delineation isn't obtained directly by gathering, it still requires a player to craft collectible items to trade for scrips in order to then purchase the Crafter's Delineation, which in turn require materials that are gathered from the gathering nodes. For this reason, during trial synthesis, Crafter's Delineation should be treated the same as other consumable materials that are directly used to craft the item. Therefore, the specialist skills "Careful Observation" and "Heart and Soul" should not require Crafter's Delineation while crafting in trial synthesis mode.

Steps:
1. Begin Trial Synthesis, in this case, for Grade 4 Artisanal Skybuilders' Chocobo Weathervane.
2. Attempt to use the specialist actions "Careful Observation" or "Heart and Soul".
3. A Crafter's Delineation is automatically consumed upon execution of the specialist actions.
4. The specialist actions are not executed if there is no Crafter's Delineation in the inventory.
