The Minstrel's Ballad: Shinryu's Domain Reyui adds do too much damage for stat squish

Steps:
1. Queue via duty finder for Shinryu Extreme (The Minstrel's Ballad: Shinryu's Domain) with normal party composition and default settings (e.g. not limited party) so you are synced down to level 70.
2. Get to the point in the fight where 4 Reyui adds (dragon heads) spawn and tether to the DPS characters. The mechanic requires healers to heal them to full HP while DPS they are tethered to are being damaged by the tethered heads over time.
3. DPS will die to the Reyui damage in 2-3 server ticks as one tick does about 8k damage, while DPS characters only have ~15k HP at minimum item level.

It seems that this damage is the same as it was in Stormblood originally and was not adjusted with the stat squish.

In Stormblood DPS had ~35k HP and as such this level of incoming damage would have been appropriate.
