Problem quest A Relic Reborn

Accidentally deleted a quest clue A Relic Reborn taken from Nedrick Ironheart Vesper Bay (Western Thanalan) for the First Profession (Monk). Now this NPC does not give me a new quest chain. Hint in what may be the problem since all the conditions for it are fulfilled.
