Question about submersible

I have a question..
when the submersible come back, i can redeploy to the same course..

My problem is that if i want to check if it needs repairs i cannot do that..

Maybe if it is 100% broken i get a message?
Or do i have to guess?

There's no reason to, condition only matters when you're sending it out, and it only matters if it's 0%.

Yes, and how do i tell of It Is 0% without "losing" the redeploy function?

YOu can not deploy it when it has broken parts.

If you try to redeploy a sub that needs repairs you will get a message that it needs to be repaired. After repairs you will lose the redeploy function. Annoying, but no way around it.

This is simply wrong. You can always "Redeploy" a submarine on the same voyage it has last returned from. Just go to "View previous voyage log" option and you will see the exact same menu as if you were completing a voyage with "Redeploy" button available.
