Unukalhai is no longer in the Solar can not progress quests

I am trying to complete "The Diabolical Bismarck" quest so that I can get the firebird mount and also finish the Shadowbringers Role Quest line. However, Unukalhai is no longer in the Solar when I go there, and neither is his book with Warring Triad info. I have submitted bug reports through the in game but nothing happens. I have completed all other EX quests through Unukalhai but never did Bismarck and now I can't get the quest.

Hey there, that sounds really frustrating. However, I noticed your bug report is missing some required information, such as area. May I ask which Solar are you going to (there are two)? Edit: Have you completed the ShB meta-role quest? I'm wondering if you are able to make him reappear through NewGame+ for the Warring Triad, if so.
