World transfer for OCE on 25th or 26th?

Hi i understand SE is re-opening world transfer on the 25th, just was wondering as OCE worlds are opening on the 25th can you transfer that day or have to wait till next day?

People are saying that you can tranfer on the 25th but according to there website.

Recommencement of the Home World Transfer Service
Due to server congestion following the launch of Endwalker, the Home World Transfer Service is currently suspended. However, with logins becoming less concentrated due to players making progress, and the Oceanian Data Center now ready, we'll be resuming the service on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 (JST).

New character creation available on the 25th at 2 am pst.
Existing character transfer available on the 25th at 10 pm pst.
