Looking for a Static which goes into raids Full Blind

Hi everyone o/,

TL;DR : I want to find a static which goes full blind into savage/extreme content.

I've had a hard time finding a static which wants to clear raids without using guides.

It's my first time wanting to play FF14 Seriously (with good vibes obviously).

I've cleared both extreme trials with the search tool and i saw Enrage of P1S (3%) with my previous team (but they were looking up guides day 2 which i wasn't a fan of).

To show my dedication, i made a pdf guide of what we found and came up with on day one ... until i found out they just went on youtube.

I mainly Want to play dps :
- Bard LVL90(575)
- Red Mage LVL90(560) (I want it to be my real main)
- Likely Ninja or Monk as melee (still having a hard time to decide)

I'm also leveling Sage and Paladin but i don't want to focus too much on healing/tanking.

I have all Gathering and Crafting Jobs LVL90 :
- I have my iLVL 560 High Quality for Gatherer
- Currently crafting the same stuff for Crafters$
- I want my first batch of High Quality fighter craft to go to my red mage.

P.S. : English is not my first language but i'm fluent. I speak french and my game is in french so if you ask me something about my job it might get confusing :P.
