I feel like SCH's Recitation ability should light up the actions that it applies to. It would be a helpful visual reminder of which skills become free to cast next while Recitation is active. Other healer jobs already utilize this feature: SGE's Eukrasia, AST's Benefic II proc, and WHM's Cure II via Freecure. I don't see why not!
