Party List UI Requests

Hi Devs,

I'd like to request a few customization options for the Party List that would help a lot as an Astro player and as a player in general. Currently I have my Party list at the bottom of my screen to the left of my hotbars, which themselves are centered at the bottom of my screen. This usually works great but I've had to make a few adjustments to make things fit neatly. Here are some things that I'd like to be able to adjust to make it even better.

General changes

1. The ability to have the party list expand upwards instead of downwards
2. Set buffs and/or debuffs to the left of the party member instead of always on the right
3. The ability to have buffs and debuffs on different sides of the party member

This final request is much more important to me while I'm playing an AST but I could see value while on other jobs.

It would be helpful if I was able to add a third bar (like how TP used to be displayed) but have it display a jobs resource gauge. This would be helpful because then I could more accurately predict when a DPS job was going to have a damage spike and then give them a card. At the moment, I either have to guess or constantly ask who is about to have a burst phase. This isn't always possible when there are callouts for mechanics happening.

They did it wrong, though. The list aligns to the bottom; it doesn't grow upward. If you look at the screenshot in the patch notes, player 1 is still at the top of the list. This means that as people join and leave the party, your own spot moves up and down as the party grows and shrinks. They should have made it reverse sort so that player 1 stays at the bottom regardless of how many party members there are.

The lazy way this alignment has been implemented means that if you are using the "Align List to Bottom" option, you cannot have slot-specific party action macros on a hotbar next to the party list because they won't line up with the correct targets when the number of people in the party is anything but the exact number the hotbar was designed for. A bottom-aligned party list needs to grow upward so that hotbar buttons are consistent regardless of party size.
