Hypervelocity is just another short ranged oGCD to stop GNB movement for bosses. Hypervelocity either needs to be baked into Burst Strike with either flat damage or a stacking debuff that does damage when it expires or it needs to have it's range increased.
Honestly all the Continuation actions need to have their range increased...
