Thoughts on this lily change.
So I'm just spitballing to see how people feel.
Changes:
-Lilies are unlocked at lvl 35 and we learn afflatus solus.
-'regen' is removed as a spell.
-affaltus solus also applies a regen to the target (let's say 150 potency over 18 seconds)
-afflatus rapture is learned at lvl 52 instead (the level we used to unlock lilies) but is otherwise unchanged.
-a lily spender either at lvl 76 to replace rapture or somewhere else. Whatever it is, it's there as soemthing to handle capping. Even if it just nourishes the blood lily and gives 1000mp. Ogcd and can only be used when you have 3 lilies (purely a overcap tool and should not be encouraged to purely dump)
Design thoughts:
•while we won't be able to slap regens on people whenever, I feel like it's a nice way to make the lilies more meaningful to our kit. It's potential stronger than aspectrf benefic and is free. A bit of button bloat combat too.
•the levels we unlock these skills are crazy. To only get our job Guage, and a very simple one at that, all the way in heavensward is silly.
- it teaches people a bit more about how whm should be played. We got them big bulky heals and we can wait a bit for thr tank to lose half their life before we inject them with hp. And hey. It will stop the idea that you put regen on tanks before they even pull anything and then thr tank has to deal with regen tearing agro off them.
