Looking for an FC but it's complicated.

Hi Hi! I'm Fynale I've been playing off and on since beta and I'm looking for a new FC so I'm casting a net. There's a few points though I want to sort out to any people recruiting though.

- I play multiple mmos alongside ff14. I currently raid in World of Warcraft and yes I do enjoy blizzard games if that's a problem then I don't want to join you.

- While I do want to do content in ff14 and have a group to do that I'm also interested in getting into RP. I've been setting up some basic background stuff for my character.

- I'm also big into glamour and gposing.

I am not sure why you think any FC would care about any of those things. None of it would prohibit you from joining an FC. FC's are social clubs. There are an extra chat channel.

You play other games, cool.
You want to roleplay, cool.
You like to gpose, cool.

I don't get it. You don't need an FC for any of those things if you don't want one. And joining literally any FC would have no affect on your ability to do those things.

I don't know of any FC out there that says, no roleplayers allowed. You can only play this game, and if you gpose you're gkicked. That's just not how it works.

Make some friends in game, then try out one of their FCs. If you like the vibe cool. If not, go next.

What I am getting at is, this isn't a dating site, its not that serious. It's not complicated.

Where are you seeing hate in an explanation on how FCs work?

I also play WoW and FF14 at the same time, but the two games work differently on how content-running and being in a FC/Guild work when together.

WoW = Being in a guild means you do content with that guild (99% of the time)

In FF14 however, just because you are part of an FC doesn't mean you have to run content with them (unless the FC is made for that reason). Some FCs just invite people for social reasons and separate from the FC, if you're looking to do end-game content, what you would need to look for is a STATIC.
