Way to allow job-specific glam to be used on other jobs

So I know that the biggest reason why jobs have glam specific to them is around the idea of class fantasy. Like "black mages look like this, while white mages look like this, etc." And I get that. But, as someone who plays a lot of jobs and mostly wants a glam for *my casters* and for *my ranged physical dps*, what that means is one of a couple things.

1) I spend a lot of time and a bunch of my glamour plates trying to set up macros to swap the glam out as I switch from job to job, with the knowledge that if I ever try to swap similar jobs outside of a rested area, I'm gonna look real weird. Moreover, this requires that I spend a lot of time working with the glamour plate system, and honestly it's never done much for me (I generally carry around whatever glam I happen to like on me, and adjust as needed)

2) I don't use job glam. This is the one that happens. It's pretty, I love a lot of them, I want to use them, but I would rather not feel like I have to adjust my glam every time I want to play something else.

And I really hate this! Like so much of the job-specific glam is SO pretty, and that's only become more true with the release of Endwalker. But I will almost never use any of it. I would love it if there was some method of acquiring level 1 statless versions of job gear, which we could use on other jobs.

And I think you could get around the "job fantasy" issue by, say, adding a very difficult solo duty that must be finished in order to unlock the glam version of the gear. So, if you saw a white mage running around in red mage gear, you could look at them and go "oh, they did that thing as a red mage! They're REALLY good at playing red mage!" So it would still be an indication of experience. Or something, idk

I would also love a similar thing with DoH and DoL jobs. Like... I love weaver, alchemist, goldsmith glam, but I don't spend a lot of time crafting (and again, the awkward job change issue). I would like to be able to use those elsewhere. Also, we can dress up in a pig mascot costume but put a frog head on top, with crafted Moggle Mog weapons, and go running through some of the most dramatic, story-driven dungeons in the game, so... I don't think a warrior fell-cleaving about in frilly white mage robes and weaver top hat is the most jarring thing possible.

Tl;dr: I don't use job-specific glam from any class because it makes it really annoying to switch between classes. And I think this is very silly because it means I mostly ignore a lot of the AMAZING glam options in this game. Feels like a waste, and doesn't seem necessary.
