Fantasia Disappeared

Used Fantasia 12/10/2021, sending a inquiry on here as in game I haven't had much clarity on whether it is a bug or not. I've used fantasia's before so this is a first for me. Basically when I logged off my character I saw I was able to edit him, but I wanted to do it the next day, so instead I selected Create a New Character and saved a preset, when I left that screen I was still able to edit my character. Then I logged out for the day, the next day I was no longer able to see the edit character prompt. Relogged a few times, and even when there was like 30 man queues and I could see the visual of my character in Character Selection, it didn't come back. So I logged in again a couple days later and used another one (I bought a 3 pack), and then another one (3rd fantasia) and that time it had error that "I can't use it anymore as I had used one already". My first fantasia from 12/10/2021 seems to have literally disappeared.

It'd be nice to get my fantasia back if it was a bug :( If it's user error please tell me, so I don't do it again. I been on this since last month and I just want information... I filled out the information underneath for organization and hopefully readability.

Steps:
1. Used Fantasia
2. Logged out and it was still there. Select create a new character to save appearance. Exited Create New Character, the option to edit was still available on Character Selection. Exited Game.
3. Day after, not able to use phantasia. Logged into game, logged out, still not option even though character shows loaded appearance. Tried this about 3 times and nother.
*Add more steps if necessary
4. A few days after, still nothing.
5. Used another vial of fantasia. Then another, and this time there was an error that it cannot be consumed since I was already in effect of one.
6. Was able to change character with second fantasia.
