Shared Fate menu much slower to load in Endwalker

Steps:
1. Open Travel menu
2. Open Shared Fate dialog
3. Initial load should be very slow.
4. Switch to other tab for Shadowbringer/Endwalker zones (whichever didn't load as default). This should also feel sluggish.
5. Repeat ad nauseum, the client does not appear to cache this data and it loads the data fresh each time you switch tabs.

Behavior observed on PC and PS5 client.

This menu did not behave this poorly prior to the Endwalker expansion, and suspect the lookup in the backend based on this tab id is not properly optimized.
