Duty finder iLvl selection

Hello!

Some people like to challenge themselves and that is why we have things like the min iLvl no echo option in the duty finder but with the stat squash, will not have more sense to let players decide the iLvl to be synced to? Like a numeric selector that by default is on the current min iLvl but that u can change to be lower or higher.

Additionally will be cool to have achievements For example an achievement for each raid boss under X iLvl and another achievement for getting all 12 that rewards a title or similar cosmetic.
