Finished Craft attempting to chat

Attempting to chat after finishing a craft limits the amount of characters you can have in that chat for some reason on PC.

Steps:
1. Start crafting (any craft)
2. Finish the craft
3. Before crafting log comes back up start a chat with either enter or /
4. type into the chat log as the crafting log pops up
5. text chat is limited to a lower bound from the normal character limit.
