When do you re-open world transferts

Hi over one month ago by now you closed world transfert to due to congestion i get that but when are you gona re-open them i sold my house and everything to be able to move on the same server shard i already am to join friends and i still can't closed on the mogstation website. I've already switched to that server in the morning and been logged unto it for over 3 weeks, how is that different from if i could transfert to it i'm still using the same logging spot for that server in the end
