Settings and Everyting Reset?

Logged off last night no problem.
When I logged in today, the Launcher wanted me to accept a new TOS and relog in.
Then it had me rewatch the cutscene and re-select my Data Center.

Logged in to my character, and everything is reset. Settings, audio, gear sets, HUD, everything.

I logged back out and went back to the character config on the launcher and hit restore and selected a file I had had previously used just in case things got messed up for Endwalker but that did nothing.

Is there a way to fix this or am I going to have to fix everything manually myself?

Edit: Okay I may have self-solved it.
I don't know what caused it at the beginning, but thankfully I did have a backup config file from the start of Endwalker I saved.
Was able to upload that and make some minor adjustments since Endwalker and it's back to normal.

Went ahead and re-backupped the file and kept a spare just in case
